Stephanie Starr
Get To Know B97-3's Stephanie Starr Hometown: Mill Creek Baby! Alumni of Jackson High School Favorite Food: I LOVE a good sandwich, honestly that's probably my favorite food. Port of Subs in Mill Creek has the best Turkey and Ham you'll ever try. Favorite Party Song: Oh, that's a hard one! Anything that makes the hips shake and the feet move is a good party song to me. But if I had to pick just one, I'd go with Elvis "A Little Less Conversation," I LOVE that song! Someone You'd Like to Meet: Well this goes perfectly with the last question, I'd love to meet the King of Rock and Roll - how can you not love Elvis?! He was electrifying and inspired so many artists to this day. Alive artists, I'd choose Stevie Nicks of Fleetwood Mac. She's one of a kind, that's for sure. Play Any Instruments: Played the piano as a kid (not sure if any of that stuck), the saxophone thru high school and currently play the guitar. I love music, it's in my blood. I can also play the radio extremely well! If You Weren't in Radio: I'd probably be working at a record label somewhere or DJing a great party in a local bar! Coffee or Tea: Honestly, I'd prefer to drink water or an ice cold diet coke. Weirdest Thing You've Ever Eaten: Chocolate covered grasshoppers - I made them in college for a class. Honestly, they just taste like chocolate....until you hit a leg..... Favorite Job Outside of Radio: I used to DJ an 80's night in college up in Bellingham at the 3B Tavern.... It was so much fun and the crowd was always a blast. Getting paid to make people dance - Sign me up! Any Unusual Tidbits: I went Whitewater rafting for the first time this summer and had a blast! I think I'm hooked!
