Get to Know B97-3's Randy Lundquist

When's Your Birthday:  Born October 23rd in Hazard Kentucky. I moved west as an infant.

Hometown: Raised mostly in the Reno/Sparks area and spent my high school years in Las Vegas. I never much cared for the desert so as soon as I could talk my wife into it, we moved to Salt Lake City and then to Seattle. I couldn't't imagine living anywhere else on the planet.

Favorite Thing About B97-3: It's gotta be the music! Music is the most influential form of expression there is.  I can't play a note on any instrument you give me, but I can turn up the radio.

Favorite Song: Anything I can sing too!

Favorite Artists: Van Morrison, The Animals, The Beatles, Paul Revere & The Raiders  

Favorite Board Game: Aggravation

First Album Ever Owned: The Beach Boys "Surfer Girl"

Favorite Movies: Bourne Identity, Bourne Supremacy, Bourne Ultimatum.... It's tough to beat the action Matt Damon brings to that character. Lots of 'em will try and none will succeed.

Hobbies: I am the all-time worlds best tinkerer.... I sometimes need to know what makes things tick and to get to that you gotta take it apart. That's where I often make my first mistake. The latest object was a printer/copier/fax machine. Now it's toast.

Someone I'd Most Like to Meet: Sarah Brightman, I think she's fascinating.

People Would Be Shocked To Know: I can't sing, I can't play an instrument, I can't dance but I can change a babies diaper without blinking, just comes natural.
